Reposted from an earlier conversation. This has been referred to various times, so it deserves its own space for easy reference...
I have resisted getting involved in these discussions for professional reasons, even at the expense of defending myself (I have been called a liar and a cheat by the WS community on many occasions), but I feel that it is important that Windslayer's players understand what is going on.
The only one who is "hurting" or "slashing" at this game right now is the developer. I dedicated myself to rebuilding this game, improving its content and fixing its store because I believe WS has great potential and a very dedicated community.
We got new content, tested it, reported bugs to the developers and scheduled a date to fix and introduce the new maps to you all. Then... nothing. The developer has not responded to emails and did not "show up" to maintenance. We at OS only publish the game; we cannot make changes to it and we cannot fix bugs or update the content without the developer's support.
I will continue to try to reach out to the developer and work to make Windslayer the best game it can be, but I cannot do it alone. I can only ask that you try to be as patient as I have been while we try to sort things out.
I would also like to add that Outspark is a publisher, not a developer. We are legally unable to alter the game in any way, shape, or form. The only changes that can happen must come form the developer. This includes fixing glitches/bugs, creation of new items, EXP changes, and so on.
