Farming GoC with a cleric

Is it possible for a L65 cleric to farm GoC? I've heard you'll need +9 blues, hammer and shield to do this. I just want some people's opinion on this matter.

Yes its very possible. End build + enhanced gears with high end makes almost anything possible for a cleric.

It's doable, I used to do it and I was full +0. If you have the availability to use rant then I suggest you just level to 70, grab a +10 blue weapon and a 70+9 shield green/blue and have at it. I went from using a +8 60 mace to a +0 blue mace and honestly I had an easier time with the 70. The added def from the shield makes it cake. But I also imagine if you had some other +9 gear it would be the same.

As far as killing them goes this is the approach I took and it worked out quite well. Find the spot in a hallway near the GOC that is clear of mobs. Go pull the GOC and its spawns far enough that you lose the aggro on the spawns. You'll need to hit the GOC a few times on the way. This allows you to just kill the GOC and go back for the spawns after. I had to do this since I was full 0, but if you are full 9 it might not be such an issue.
