Ok this isnt me but my friend linked this to me. i laughed so much after reading this and i hope you all do to (ps ettibby is back =D)

"Ok, I hate those little supermarket brats who's parents would rather give them Ritalin than 15mg of a good ol' fashioned *** Whupping, but today, I learned to amuse myself with them.

So let me paint the picture. Me and a friend are at Walmart a few hours ago buying Christmas gifts, and we're in line, right? Well, this little 4 year old little demon was right behind me, and he was throwing a fit because he couldn't get a soda. He starts kicking and screaming, punching the shopping cart, etc. Well, he gets a little too ahead of himself, and he BITES ME IN THE GODDAMN CALF. Like, rips my windbreaker pants. I yell a few expletives, and look back, and the kids spitting blood out of his mouth. I quickly turn around and smile at my friend, and her eyes get wide because she knows what's coming. I turn to the kid's mother and I say "You might want to get this kid to the doctor," and she says "I'm sorry, he ran out of medication this morning, and I say:

"No, I'm serious. I'm HIV Positive."

At this point, the kid's mother starts crying, and the kid looks up at his mother, tugs on her shirt, and he starts crying too because he knows he's screwed up now. So we finish paying and leave, and I see the mom putting the items on the register with one hand, the other hand wiping away tears. Little ******* will probably thing twice now."

ok this guy isnt HIP positive so dont spam this thread with that question. and my god if this happens to me im so saying that =D

ok man even tho this is totally off topic i wont flame you because its so totally funny. If that situation ever arises I am totally saying that.

Yeh i was in the CB. i kinda stoped posting on the forums while i was playing. then my friend got me CS and well...... lets say i havent been on either for ages.

i agree that everything is a joke. who cares if its making fun of a seriouse diseas or virus ITS HUMOR and if it isnt then well F*ck you.. 5 hours after steve irwins death a guy emailed me a joke. same thing happend when peter brock died (if your ausy you should know him) and they were funny. in a way sad yes BUT IT WAS STILL GOD DAM HUMOR AND IT MADE ME LAUGH!

The lulz must flow....and they did:p Meh, some people have to get indignant over everything because they 'themselves' can not cope with life and it's cruelty. I know people who have had cancer crack jokes about it, never bothered them much. The fact is that making a joke about something serious is how 'many' people deal with problems, it is a healthy psychological way to deal with things and is completely normal...whats not normal is 'not' being able to laugh at things and getting all bent out of shape over them..means you internalize your pain and will probably end up being scarred for life by grief and the other cruel realizations that make up the experience that is life...thats how people who go postal and kill a bunch of people with a high powered rifle from the top of the clock tower deal with things....
And speaking of Steve Irwin, I loved that joke they had on south park, someone was doing something dangerous and some tv announcer guy says "He's going to die faster then Steve Irwin in a tank full of sting rays!"....always cracks me up:p

the one about peter brock was good (wasnt on southpark but still givs lulz)

steve irwin is at the gates of heaven and peter brock comes up so he says "Criky peter brock you died!" so peter brock says "Yeh in a car crash"
steve irwin then comments "oh so we both died the same way then
peter brock confused says "what a stingray killed you and i died in a car crash thats not similar"
then steve irwin replys "what ya meen? we both died from a fish tale"

I'm up for making a crack about anything, but for some reason I have a problem with making fun of people who can't be in on the joke. Pointing and laughing at people with handicaps (deformed, blind, mentally challenged)...that's a bit low for me to laugh at.
Far be it for me to go off on people who enjoy that type of humor, but I ain't laughing.
The HIV joke wasn't hilarious, but it certainly didn't upset me.

Well, I have laughed at jokes about all those kinds of people...the good ones anyway:p You would be surprised at what people who are mentally challenged actually 'get', they know they are mentally challenged and can still laugh at themselves sometimes..(I work at a job that hires mentally challenged people for some of the easier jobs and have the opportunity to interact with them) and the blind, well hell, you do realize they are BLIND not stupid...personally having friends who where blind I can tell you that nothing pisses a blind person off more then people who treat them like they are 'less' of a person then a sighted person. One of my favorite jokes is flipping them off when they say something that ticks me off...then they know im doing it because normally I am very vocal...so they go "what are you doing" and I say, "flipping you off":p They think its funny! And I have known deaf people who don't mind you making fun of it either...plus they can make fun of you straight to your face in sign language anyway. The thing is, people who have a disability 'know' they have it...they don't mind you poking fun at them for the most part because everyone else treats them like some precious object that must be shielded from all harm...trust me it pisses them off to no end.

WELL SAID! but sometimes it can go a bit far. i saw a guy in a fight with a blind guy. it ended by him saying "hey look at that over there.. oh im sorry you cant im gonna tell this all to my kids who i can SEE" later i was just like "what a total d**k head he dosent deserve to live that was taking it to far"

@ Shahared: You're right about not treating them like they're special. That can be as insulting. Just a bit of sencitivity in certain cases, as stated by Ettibby.
My step-dad is mentally handicaped (car crash led to coma led to brain damage) and he's always cracking jokes about being slow. I laugh, but I won't crack 'em myself.

Indeed, that’s just being an ***. I could laugh at everything, no matter how bad, but I still wouldn’t make fun of something in front of someone who’s suffering it. That’s just being cruel for no reason, and it just requires a little bit of tact to realize that. It’s very different if they are okay with whatever they have and you can actually laugh with them.
