What is the ideal build and skills for farming bosses...

Which boss? Also, are you going to farm solo or duo? It's really difficult to give you advice without knowing more about your situation.
Really, no matter what you need it for, the best thing you can do is read Aeyr's Cleric Guide (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=234510). It explains everything you need to know about cleric builds and skills.
My opinion, if you're soloing, use high STR and some SPR for crit in your build, and find high END/STR gears. I'd rather not get into giving advice about skills because it's best to just read Aeyr's guide for that.

If you want to farm more efficiently I suggest making a fighter.

I farmed with a cleric...it was ok but fighter is much better. First you're gonna have to scroll yourself. When you reach 47 you can buff yourself. Second, have free stats go to str, end and/or spr. Third, gears probably have to be decent(dex,str,end,spr any of these is good on gears). Last max out dmg for bash and max out heal's power.

I'm planning on farming ZK and GGK for now and I'm doing it solo.. I do have a Lvl 46 Fighter 1Hand Sword/Shield Str build.. just thought it would be easier with a cleric.. I tend to have problems with GGK.. maybe thats just me..

I really suggest you opt for GGK because of the additional skills acquired in the 4x levels. You get your second attack skill, Bleed if you want to be more effective at farming, aka use a mace not a hammer. You also get rejuvenate and endure, as well as you'll be able to perform much better in pvp kq and get free war rants for first or third place finishes.
Gear -
High End/Dex level 35 Might Set. End/dex/spr if you can find it, but maxing out the end/dex is the most important.
Boots - Mental/Safety depending on which boss you fight. Again go with end/dex. See if you can find pre-nerf safety boots.
Get the set +9 if you can.
Same stats go for your helm/mace/shield (+9 of course)
Jewelry-
Glory Necklace and Gold Ring along with the highest End/dex/spr you can find on a ZK/GGK ring. Robo Dark earrings if you are under 40, Cursed Tooth if over 40.
+9 if you want, but at least +3 since it's no risk.
Build- Full STR for maximum damage. The end/dex gearing and +9 will give you all the def you need.
Skill empowerments -
5 Points Cooldown and Power of Bash (this takes you through level 21)
Use the next 4 points for the power of heal
Save 31-39 to use on the cooldown of Bleed when you hit 40.
then use 41 to finish the heal power.
You will be left with 4 points to use as you see fit.
Here is a decent option, 1 point into heal cd, 1 point into rejuv power and cd, 1 point into invincible duration.
This caps you at 49. GGK still has a decent drop rate, you get the second level of Bleed, you'll be able to tear some people up in pvp kq and get freebie rants.
As for the cash shop, get the dragon's grace buffs, and either a def suit with an angel set and crit glasses, or a crit suit/glasses/helm and a def backpack. Some might say get the extra crit, but you are already adding in a ton with either, the def helps a lot.
I mainly soloed to 80, never had the Tower or an academy for money along the way, and still do most of my stuff solo. I have no problems with keeping a party of suicidal nutjobs alive either when I'm doing KQs/grinding/instances so I do know what I'm blabbing about.
This combination allows for maximum damage output and defense. You'll honestly want to be full +9, and the Might/Glory combo gives you a 40% damage boost to bash which is great.

^ This. At 3x and 4x, a well-equipped cleric can easily kill as fast as a fighter, while having better survivability thanks to heals.
