Click "Start" ( bottom left), then click "Run". In the "Run" box type in "dxdiag" ( without the quotes). Click the display tab and look at "device". It will tell you what graphics card you are using.

I will go ahead and warn you, if it is a integrated graphics cards then you are pretty much screwed.
