If I understand you correctly then you want to know how to trade directly? Just select the trade partner and right click on his portrait, the option Trade Request should be available. Click it and when your trade partner accepts the trade window opens. Don't forget to hit the lock symbol once you entered your items or money for trade and then accept. The trade would not finish if you don't hit these buttons. ;)
