Whats the difference between and two? Also, what stats do each need?
Tank, from what I've learned is all into END but what are the stats for Fighters?

Fighters usually have more into STR than END. Tanks have more def and hp therefore can last longer when facing a boss.

What kind of stat build do you use for a fighter? And what is the build for tank? Also, is there anything kind of in between fighter and Tank?

A good inbetween build would be the 1:2:1 Str:End:Spr hyrbid. Gives u a good amount of end to tank with while also the str and spr for using the axe for high dmg. You can also switch between the axe and 1h sword/shield for tanking and solo'ing with this build. I use it and it works out really nice.
