cant drag skills on Skill Empower.

Help me pls.
I can't drag skills on Skill Empower.
I'm lvl11 mage, is there a requirement? or is it a bug? :confused:
my friend who's level also is 11 and a mage can drag his...
help please. T_T :(

yes you can

Press K
Press skill empower (note sometime the skill empower got stuck behind)
they move the box beside your skill
drag into the box.
