noob question

hey i jus found out bout this game today...i no that open beta is gonna come soon..and i cant wait till the game comes out so i wanna no rite now....are there classes in this game..like warrior or magician, they're probably is...but jus makin sure,,and if there is..i wanted to know if when u get ur stat points..do u need to distribute them a certain type of way according to ur class..or do u put it in whatever u want?

Ok heres the classes:
Beginning character when u start the game: Xenian
classes upgradeable at lvl 16:
Fighter: powerful melee knight (POW,STA)
Rogue: swift thieves (AGI,POW)
Magician: sorcerer's of the game (INT/WIS)
Acolyte: friendly healers, supporters (INT/WIS)
classes at lvl 45:
Archer (from obtaining lvl 45 rogue): ranged rogues (AGI,POW?)
predictor (from obtaining lvl 45 acolyte): self healing acolytes (INT/WISorPOW?)
you can put ur stat points in wherever you want but its recommended to find the best builds by looking at your requirements when changing classes, the highest stat points are the best build for your character, but since there is a skill reset master, you can try whatever is best, but you can only reset at lvl 20+

I edited my post because it took awhile to fix some of my spelling mistakes, and get some builds from solsticeplayer, oh and if you need help on SOS, go to www.solsticeplayer.com/forums/ its a pretty good forum to find world maps, guides, and videos on the game and Xenepic.

You can distribute your status points as you like, but I advice you stick with their prime-stat to utilize the class more effiencient.

There are four mainclasses and two hybrids once you finish the first 16 levels as a xenian:

Fighter: Typical brawler.

Rogue: Quick class with low defenses.

Rogue hybrid when you reach level 45: Archer.

Magician: Selexplanatory.

Acolyte: The healer-class.

Acolyte Hybrid at level 45: Predictor, a healingwarrior sort of.

Take note that some skills must be distributed in certain areas for a certain amount to get a class. like rogue needs agi and stam. i think they need pow aswell but not sure to be able to class change.

note when you are a xenian i recomend to put all of your stats into POW considering you dont spend very much time being one AND SAVE AMULETS that drop. you need them to =D

I found that putting half in POW and half in AGI as a Xenian was fine too (kill some monsters a bit faster)

Pure POW works fine, and i never heard of doing POW/STA. POW/AGI is meant to work though

Pow agi never realy worked on my rogue. i think pow/stam is more of a tank build

well, in CB only armour increased your defence, no stat did it, maybe it was a bug

But they're like ****roaches.......you find one...you just know theres hunderds
of more............also they're hard to kill lol X3
