25 SPR okay.
Rest INT Okay.
END = lol, useless.

I am not a mage expert, but personally, I would drop the 25 SPR and put the points into INT, and put the 30 END into DEX. The 5% crit boost from the SPR can easily be obtained from both in-game items (blue boots, jewelry, licenses) and of course SC. The def/HP boost from the 30 END is negligible; you would benefit more from an aim/eva boost.

Take out the END, put it in DEX.
You'll thank me when you're not missing in 7x-8x.

I agree. END has always been deemed as experimental.
As of yet, no END experiment has yielded miraculous results.
Although there might be a more def = better mobbing argument out there, you better off with the INT. From what I hear, AoEs are based on base mdmg. SO the more you have, the deadlier AoE, and therefore better mobbing.
As least that's my thesis.

You'll have to put 33 points total to DEX for the aim cap though I think.

I dont know some people say the excuse of "hey, u can easily get crit rate from SC", this DOESNT HAVE NOTHING TO DO in this case, u should ALWAYS get many crit rate as you can, if u get 40% from sc stuffs/boots/weapon/etc getting an extra 5% from build HELPS and worth more than 30dmg (25int=30dmg).

Without my 25 SPR I'd only have around 35% Critical, and that's no good!
