Perfect Blue Mile 1 doesn't work with level 20 items but Perfect Red Eye 1 does.

Quick question. Did you try using PBM before it was +1 and up or just a regular status (no +s on weapon)? I thought the same thing too till I upgraded to +1. Then the PBMs worked. I felt stupid. :eek:

I haven't tried that Jhanniss.
My item was +0 when I tried it so maybe that is the case.
I will try it again since the item is a +1 now.

*nods* Once you upgrade to +1 the PBMs will work. I spent like 30 minutes the first time I played with them. I finally got irritated and kicked the PBM out and enhanced to +1 then tried again. They worked after that.
Made more sense after I sat and thought about it for a while but up till that point I was frustrated too. LOL
