I try to be modest, but I can say that I am a very good cleric. My highest level cleric is only level 58, but I have played enough clerics for a long time to figure out a few things. So if my level automatically turns you off from looking at this guide, so be it.

Surprise surprise! To be an effective cleric, you DO NOT have to be a clank. And I have proven that very well. I am rarely without a party, but when I am, I am relatively useless. However, I have a duo partner. If you like to solo, this may not be the right build for you.

Anyway, onto the juicy stuff!

Let's start with the build. Here's mine, for an example:

As you can see, I have done a 1:1 END/SPR build. This allows me to use a sufficient amount of skills (After an Abyss run, I use about 20 SP stones max), while the END keeps me alive. You know, just in case my party dies, or my healing gains to much aggro. Makes sense, no?
Also, it's always a good idea to get equipment with SPR on it. If you don't want to be completely worthless, you can get +STR equipment as well.

Hotkeys!

You wouldn't think so, but this is my main focus when it comes to being a support cleric. And it comes in handy a lot:

Of course, I don't have all of the skills up until level 120, but I'm not looking at all of the skills right now.
I'm sure the first thing you noticed was how I have four different hotkeys with Heal in it. This is definitely intentional. Look at your keyboard. What buttons do you see right above the 2, 3, 4, and 5 buttons? That's right, F1, F2, F3, F4, and F5. You may not know it, but these keys select the members of your party.
F1: Yourself
F2: The first person on your party list
F3: The second person on your party list
...And so on.
This becomes particularly useful when everybody insists on trying their hardest to die. After you have lowered Heal's cooldown time as much as possible, you should be able to spam heal very well. So all you need to do is hit the F-key for that particular party member, and just make a tiny movement of your hand to hit the heal key right below it.
It's also good if you're freaking out because everybody is losing health. Smash your finger on a random F-key or a random 2-5 key! Someone will live, right!

Obviously, the other hotkeys are optional, but I have found this particular combination to be very effective. Try it out sometime. Maybe you'll enjoy it. :)

(If you would like to know anything else about my character or would like to suggest/criticize something, feel free to post your thoughts.)

Ehh. Intresting.
But buiild really depends on A. Playstyle, and B. How well you play the class. You can be a FUll STR cleric and pull all the aggro and still survive just depends how well you know how to survive and how to lace your skills that result in you surviving the longest. I never could play with Heal on the 1 key or 0 the way most people do.

I pull with WASD and if I'm not soloing I automatically shift my hand tot he F keays and my index finger resets on 5 and thumb hovers around G and H, If I'm soloing quests or killing people I sit on 234g and tab and can shift my index finger to hit TYand R as needed. I always play with two hands and my right hand resets on the lower tier of my number pad. My mounts on + and all my buffs are simple just hit 987654 on the number pad and I'm set.

So after that whole rant my point is, where your skills are and what your build and gear are don't really matter , they just enhance the character and skills, both in game and your ability to play.

In hindsight, I dont really know why I didnt that whole keyboard thing.
I think I'm just really bored trying to get a pair of Tiesto tickets spam calling this radio station. Rofl.

your build is rather interesting considering after 25 the amount of crit decreases each point added dramatically and is seen as a waste for clerics and gears can supplement the spr needed bit off topic but ehhhh kinda relates:P
a cleric has a lot of sp stones and you should be able to last hours in a grinding situation for every 3 times a mage restones you should only have to restone at least once

rejuv should be right beside your heal too as rejuv is the biggest heal in the game atm my rejuv heals around 6k hp+ with a great set equipped

i am not dissing your guide btw just giving tips;)

I never understood having different levels of heal.. I only keep the highest on my hotkeys because we get an assload of sp stones to replenish sp anyway since the higher lvls of skills use more sp.

It's pretty cool to see where everyone else keeps their hotkey heals though :P
