I think it wasn't fixed in the patch like they said it would be.
The only thing you can try (and I don't know if this works, haven't had the chance to do it myself) is to rapidly click the next button on the text box before the accept/deny one comes, it supposedly registers the click for each text box and accepts the quest...
Otherwise, you will have to wait for them to actually fix it, or just give up on it if you hit level 33...
