I decided to make a fun thread so the rule is to make your own spell or skill as the following format.
Game: It can be any Active game from Outspark such as Fiesta, Windslayer, ect.
Class: It must be a class from the game that you pick.
Spell Name: Must have a name.
Description: This is self explanatory.
Element: Fire, ice, wind, melee?
Debuff/buff: This is self explanatory. (poison, heal, curse)
Pictures: You don't have to post a picture of your spell/skillbut a MS paint is always nice :3

Class: Elementalist
Spell Name: pew Pew PEW!!!!!
Description: Fire multiple of shadow bolts at a target.
Element: Shadow
Debuff/buff: Prevent any spell/skill from casting.
