Installation help

Hello everyone! I need some help. I installed the game and tried to start it, but some problem occured. When I open the window, the Outspark Launcer closed before I even get in. I want to try to fix this problem without having to download it again. Someone help?

1.) are you using a firewall? they can and will block it from launching.

2.) does your comp meet the game requirements?

3.) are you using Vista? (If so maybe someone else can help you. I want nothing to do with that piece of garbage hehe.)

Posting your comp specs when having a problem is always a good idea.

I'm pretty sure that I have all the game requirements and no firewall.

Being "pretty sure" don't quite cut it. You need to know.

It appears that your Fiesta Game Client may have been corrupted during either the download or the while installing. You will most likely need to reinstall the client in order to make your game work properly. Here are the instructions below:

1. Click Start
2. Go to Settings (If using Class Start Menu)
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double Click the “Add or Remove Programs” icon
5. Scroll down the list until you find “Fiesta”
6. Click “Change/Remove”


Once you have finished uninstalling the Fiesta Game Client, you will need to re-download it. The instructions can be found at the following website:
