GM War In Apoline!

If you guys missed it yesterday we held a guild battle yesterday. It was the GM's Vs. the whole server. It was great to finally get to battle all of you. Now I am trying to see if anybody got any good screen shots. Also what did you think about the event? Is this something you would like to see more of? I got one good screen shot of GM Izanagi laying out a bunch of people at one time, the bodies are piling up!

Yesterday's battle was pretty dang epic. For those of you who were unable to go... you definitely missed out. For those who did... I'm sorry if I killed you a couple times. AoEs know no targets and to you Cretzites that went down..... I do apologize but alls fair in love and war... and well that was definitely a war. :D

Yeah it definitely was a good time, even if you guys ultimately took me down! No hard feelings though - I took quite a few of you out before the mass stuns got the best of me.

It was fun. I realize the value in having it in roumen, but I kinda wish that we could have moved it all around the local maps. roumen gets some serious lag with all the players in it. I had to turn my camera away from my target/the group a lot because my video card just couldn't handle it.

How did you guys like the taste of my +9 TK bow? :p

Maybe next time the war could take place in multiple areas? To alleviate the lag and all. ^^; I was so laggy sometimes that I could barely move. XD

I'd try to stick around for them but my computer is almost 6 years old now and cannot handle PvP much at all. I can do small skirmishes, about 3 on 3, but anytime I load into elderine with an all out guild war going on, my computer decides it will get less than 1 FPS...which yeah...there's no fun in PvPing with that ^^

hmm.. i wasn't thinking armor drops. though that would be interesting. i like the GM pet idea. Like taking down Lord GM Steam would get you a little GM Steam Pet. lol equipping it spawns orges and high lvl mobs to destroy those around you and yourself. ><

But seriously, how about some steam dust, or some cretz meat?

i initially thought that when in GM guild war, it'd be great if when a Lord GM, Honorable CSR or Noble CM were hit with a crit, then perhaps they'd drop something. steam dust and cretz meat were just examples comparing to tender/chewy meat and dim soul dust

I know this thread is getting old but i just wanted to say the next war would be more interesting when the high lvl players have time to reach the new lvl cap. i'm sure 10-20 lvl 79 characters will be a little more competition then the lvl 59 ones. i'll be sure to be there if there is some notification before the next GM war ^^

man if only i didn't get attacked by spiked lag whenever i set foot into eldy i'd be the happiest person in the darn game. LMFAO. TOOOO bad events + eldy + versiee = PFFT screen freezing + get the hell away from that darn area. xD so no events for poor versiee :(:( though i always loved to go to them :( too bad i've never really been in one cause of the massive lag spikes =/ so im missing out on all the fun. :(
