Need help on Xenepic (anyone over there)?

Since I didn't make it into SoS CB, I'd like to use Xenepic (JP) to test out the classes. I've registered and installed the game (game also updated). But when I click "Start", it gives me a pop up message saying "Please Log-in first". I'm not even at the log-in screen yet, how can I log in? Or was there something I missed?

What you have to do is go to the Xenepic website in Internet Explorer or a web browser with equivalent coding, and then log in on the website. Once you do this and are returned to the home page, click on the button that says "Game Start" on the middle left side of the page. This should open up the Xenepic patcher, allowing you to play after patching finishes.

I logged in on the main page, clicked "Game Start". It didn't start the patcher. Instead, it took me to the download guide page.

Ohh nevermind, clicked "OK" instead of "Cancel" to the pop-up. Thanks!

You need to download the ActiveX plugin first...

Xenepic is quite different from SoS though visual effects are the same.
Monsters rarely drop weapons and armors. Skills and game balance also differ from SoS.
Unlike SoS, after lvl 31, it becomes very hard to get higher lvl without money charge to the company.

Yeah, exp curve is so steep there. Took me about 30-40 mins to level up once past LV11, that's with me drinking milk non stop. Where I got the money for milk? Well, luckily pizza ingredients were selling hot there and I farmed 400k kron out of them in 3 hours. :p

Yeah, It's SUPER hard to level in XO. ;/ That's why I stopped around 24.

That pizza event will still be there for a few days. It's an event contest thing for XenepicPoints :)
