Ubiquity

My Kaspersky anti-virus has detected the following worm in the "OutsparkLauncherSetup.1.2.3.exe//data0035":
Email-Worm.Win32.Luder.e
Should I be concerned? What is in this executable that could cause Kaspersky to flag this as a worm? I know this is probably a false-positive, but you might want to think about changing the way this execuable acts to avoid anti-virus programs identifying it as a worm or malware.*
