Trouble with launcher

The other day my internet was shut off due to a misunderstanding with our provider. We have now turned the internet back on and everything works just as well as it did before. Everything, except for the outspark launcher. When I open the launcher it checks for updates and starts to download a patch. However, it stops a new message appears. The patch never downloads and the screen stays as it is.

My firewall is off, but I do use a wireless router to access the internet.
I have never had this problem before and I am very depresed
Is there anyone that can explain this problem and mabey help me restore access to this program? I'm currently clueless as Ive tried everything I can think of xX

I have restarted my computer, re-installed Fiesta, re-configured my router, firewall and internet settings and tried to manually download the patch a GM suggested. Now, I get a slightly different error.

"error connecting to update server: (11001, 'getaddrinfo failed')"

This error is displayed at the bottom under the log in. However, I am still unable to log in. =( Now that more people are posting, I see that I am not the only one with the problem. I hope someone fixes this soon. *tear*

yea dont worry about it i was freakin out to >< first snowday in years and this happens lawlz but yea ALOT OF PEOPLE are having this issue so be patient and they will get back to us

It seems that you are having trouble updating your Outspark Launcher to the most recent patch version. Here is the direct link for the manual patch that should help you install:

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe
