I can't log in either =[. But when i open the launcher, theres a popup that says: Unable to connect to patch server: <urlopen error (11001, 'getaddrinfo failed')>

ok this is my 3rd reply... as stated above i am having sam exact problems.. is someone gonna do something about thi. im seein thses threads popping up left and right.

it says "this program cannot display the webpage" at the top

the bottom of the outspark launcher says "Error connecting to update server : (11001, "getaddrinfo failed"

and when i close the outspark laucher it says see :

See the logfile 'C: /Program Files/Ourspark/Launcher/outspark.exe.log' for details

please tell me if it just mt connection or something in the game...

guys i know its frustrating but complaining isnt goin to help get the problem solved trust me when i say this your not the only one who wanna play i havent been able to since 7:00 am i was hoping to do a little grinding but no luck but anyway the best advice is to just chill out and wait i know its hard but im pretty sure the GMs are on this thats why their not responding to posts adressed to them if anything look at the forums and see what else is going maybe u guys can look up info that will help u become a better player maybe this down time would be perfect to catch up on some advice giving and recieving just an idea well later p.s. sorry for the long response:D

ok i am having the same problem on my comp...but my girlfriend can log into both her and my account from her computer so whatever this is its not effecting everyone nor is something with your or my account but something with or systems or an I.P bug in the game

i have been working the issue from a system problem on my comp all day trying to figure out what in my system could cuase it with no luck( and i am no slouch with comps) so all i can say is wait it out when the GM's have the timeor have figured it out im sure some info will be given remember even though it may seem like an easy problem to fix it rarely ever is!

Listen guys, i to am disturbed about this but im not "lost" if you get what i mean, this should give us some time to do other things like, hang with friends, or our gfriends/bfriends, you know something random, its a wide server issue im sure seeing everyone's reply, but you dont have to comment "Having the same problem with the popup" i mean sure enough if your looking on this page that means you must be having some problem right. lets all just be patient and find something else to occupy our time, and wait for either a gm or something to post something about the problem. when a gm post something that means they're working on the problem or fixed it, till then our threads are just that, threads. thank you

ok this is for everyone thats posting threads like these if u want copy this and post it else where so others get the hint i talked to CM_Vanquish and he said there looking into it if they cant find the problem it'll get resolved over time thats why no one has responded just try and cool it with these types of threads
im not trying to sound mean but its getting really crazy there are like more than 10 threads with this subject so just chill out and wait it out.

hey i have the same problem... i really hope they fix it soon i need to try out something... lol and i pretty much am bored since all the other mmo's are pretty boring... i mean easy, stupid boring. like runescape, maple story, Fate for boring too i hacked it way too much lol... well glad to see it's not just my computer having a spaz again...

The ?! Error is an error with the game client. This issue can be resolved by uninstalling the program, and reinstalling it. Please follow these steps.

1. Go to control panel.
2. Open Add/Remove Programs.
3. Uninstall the Fiesta Game Client.
4. Clean out recycle bin.
5. Restart your PC.
6. Go to Outspark.com and reinstall the program.
7. Let the launcher patch the game client.

This should resolve your issues. If you have any further issues. Please contact our CS dept from the Help link located in the upper right hand corner of Outspark.com.
