Power Hit Empower

hi i was just wondering, since power hit seems like the 2h'ed fighters main attack, if it would be wise to empower everything? like +5 power, cool, and mp consumption.

I find it a waste to empower sp consumption myself. Many do but i would rather carry some sp pots on me as u get the materials easy and put the 5 into stun time of devastate or higher lvl sklls but to each their own.
