that is what it said , i am playing it for the first time and it get quite annoying as i really wanted to play this game as i have wait a long time for it.

The "update_app" part leads me to believe that you are having trouble updating to the newest version of the Outspark Launcher. If you are having trouble with the new Outspark Launcher patching, you can manually install it with this link:

http://cdn2.outspark.com/patches/fiesta/Fiesta.Patch.1.2.71.exe

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
2) Your Internet Connection speed
3) A screenshot if possible of the error message
4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email

By default, this file is located at

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

still having the same problem , sometimes it would have this.
