There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you are trying to update with our patch servers, or if the Outspark Launcher is saying that it cannot connect, this most likely is on your side. There are packets of information being lost between your computer and our host servers and if the connection is too weak, it will simply fail. We have made some server connection changes and therefore you may have to contact your ISP and ask them to reset your DNS. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:
1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled
