The "Characters" are just in 3D.
Everythin' is flat.Bit of touched up.
But the monsters,players are 3D

Maybe because it currently has nothing to do with the Outspark WindSlayer? I think currently there are no known plans to change the current WindSlayer. That or they themselves do not know anything about it.
