Hello fellow clerics i am new to being a cleric and i was thinking of the build 25 spr rest end and i wanted to kno the advantages of this build and disadvantages and also if it would be good for a HK?? please reply ASAP

For a Holy knight build, I'd suggest a Build with Str/Dex, for pvp/solo abilities.
What do you plan on doing with your cleric? More of Pvping and Soloing, or Healing and partying?

The build you have is good for a Supporting cleric. High def/hp, and a good sp pool and crits. Sadly, the only good thing about the build is the crits, but the end makes you hit like a feather...if you plan on being a soloer. For partying, it rocks.

I'd say if you plan on going HK the Spr isn't necessary since you'll get Deadly Blessing which gives you 100% crit for 10seconds. But like ontslaan said, it really depends on what you plan on doing. If you want to solo some (Note: Gets incredibly tedious in the higher levels), you might want to add some Str. If you plan on living in parties then I'd go full End.

I don't know what the cool down on Deadly Blessings is ... but if it is like Invic. I would still want spr. Yea you don't need it while it is active ... but it may be inactive more than it is active.

Also, Spr is not only for the crits rate ... but also for SP points. Higher SP points means you don't have to stone as often when using your clerics skills allowing stones to be use in conjunction with heal and pots.

losing end for str on a cleric signifigantly lowers your survival rate.
if you want to pvp/solo make another class.
all of the HKs i know go HK to crit buff OTHERS,not themselves to pvp or solo.
you would add spr on your cleric for mdef and sp.
pvp/solo clerics are a joke(a very bad one) and a waste of energy/time.
keep going with the build you have,there is nothing wrong with it.

HK is still a cleric. HKs specialize in buffing and helping others do more damage with the crit buff. Guardians specialize in better healing. HKs don't all of a sudden become a better fighter.

You don't want to be the first to die in the party, because who's going to rev you when you die? END should be your main, not STR. 25 SPR is good. Clerics are known for their durability, not their damage. Stick with END/25 SPR. You can add some STR if you want, but don't put too many points.

I don't find that to be very true. Most monsters near you level in the game can not 1 hit kill you. There are some relatively high level solo clerics. Sure, we can't kill as fast as other classes due to the lack of an attack that targets multiple monsters ... but are hardly a joke. Far more time is wasted by PK'ers hanging out in the abyss than by solo clerics.

Clerics have so many ways to heal, that end/hps are not much of an issue. Only in PVP does it become an issue and only because you can not use your skills when stunned, asleep, frozen. etc. And, all the end in the world won't save you if you are teamed and/or spam stunned, etc (like by the GOC, Harpy, etc). Also, if you damage is weak enough you can't even kill someone who enters their mini house. Weak damage will also prevent you from taking on some mosters because they can heal faster than you can hurt them.

One last thing ... if you plan on PVP with or without a party ... plan on being the first person killed. Smart PVP'ers will take out the cleric first because it make everyone else easier to kill.
