Outspark doesn't make games. They publish games made by developers. The developers are the ones who are responsible for sending in updates/fixes/changes to the games. Each game has its own developer and its own separate schedules and sets of issues.

Outspark is doing what they can for the game, but without proper cooperation from the Developers there isn't much that they can do.
