Hi. Every time I log in, it's fine, until I start playing for like 1 minute, it freezes then shuts down, can you guys help me?

that sounds like a graphics card issue. Are you running a old card or a laptop?

No, I have a flatscreen family computer. I don't really know what you mean by "old card"

Can you tell me a way to fix it? I LOVE SoS and it would be REALLY dissapointin to find out that I can't play.

press and hold your windows button (the one with the windows symbol) then hit the letter r, this will bring up your run command. In the box type msinfo32.exe then hit enter. This will bring up your system info window. There will be some words with pluses next to them on the left hand side of the window, click on the plus in front of the word 'Components' to expand it and see a new subsection for your 'components'. Scroll down till you see the word 'display' and click on it. In the right hand window will be the rundown of your display (graphics card driver and all other relevant info) I want you to copy it, then paste it into a reply to this thread.
