LvL 20 Cleric can`t take Sean`s Promo, help!

I became LVL 20 about a day ago, now I'm all buffed, scrolled and potion/stone ready.
A problem though...Grand Master Sean won`t let me take the Promo to become High Cleric. T_T

I need advice. Did I leave something out, am I supposed to go see someone else?
Please help.

You need to talk to Shutian first. He will give you a multiple choice question. You choose Promotion (I might be wrong, it's been so long time ago.) Then you go to Sean in Forest of Mist. Then you start the quest.

I don't know if somebody told you, but you are fighting yourself in that quest. There is a really easy tip to getting past that promo.

He sent me on a quest to kill Mara pirates. I didn't get a multiple choice. I'll try again.

There is a Quest button when you talk to NPC. Click on that. And you will get a small pop up box beside it. It will show you all of the available quests from that NPC. Select all of them one by one. One of them is the promotion quest.
