Unable to finish applying patch

I've downloaded the game twice now.:mad:
I've been waiting since 7 evening until now(11:20AM) This is taking a very long time :mad:
Since i thought maybe I'm using the Outspark Launcher offline,so I closed it and open it again,nothing happens =_=
I really wanna play it =(
