This is ridiculous. I've been beta testing games for 10 years, and this is the worst for gold spam I've seen. Doesn't make it the worst of all time, and, I really don't give a crap about what game is the worst, as I'm testing this game right now. This is screaming for an /ignore command, and there is NO excuse for not having one. Can't have a conversation anywhere, with anyone. Whatever genius suggested to shut off /shout, or regular speech, just to get rid of the spam...doesn't know their *** from a hole in the ground.

yes, helpful critisim includes not cussing stating the problem, then a few solutions. But instead you decided to take the high road by insulting the game and creators and using profanity in a forum that "younger readers" will see.

We all understand your frustration but you have also understand that Outspark is not the direct creator of this game, but a lease of sorts. They have go through higher channels to get changes sometimes. I too am just as frustrated as you are in regards to the spamming. It makes my life hell trying to pay any attention to regular chat.

My way of dealing with this is I regularly hunt their farmers in the field. If they can't provid the services, they die out. This will never stop of course but who says I can't make their life just as miserable as they're making mine.

Eventually the game will find a more direct way to deal with these idiots, in the meantime please try to hang in there.

The first response I get has nothing to do with the thread, just someone trying to correct my grammar, which, to the timid, might be a little strong, but not cussing. Cussing is what you can't show on regular network TV. Butt out, thumper. I doubt there are any 5 years old, that post on this forum...

In any MMO game, as in any forum, you will have conditions which by they are governed, and usually some oversight. It is obvious to me that this game has no one ingame to monitor abuses. If they did, this spamming would be stopped, with some kind of a spam filter, at the very least. That lack of attention to detail, and the comfort of their players, is unacceptable. Any email program has a spam filter, for cryin' out loud. Easy fix.

I do apologize for using this forum, as it seems this isn't going to get the message to the proper people. Cheers.
