As per the rules, do not blacklist anyone for any reason whatsoever.

Premium Items can only be used on the Outspark Service. Use of SparkCash or the Premium Items for any purposes other than as authorized on the Outspark Service, whether online or offline, is a violation of these Terms. Offering or advertising the purchase or sale of any Virtual Assets from our Site is strictly prohibited and a direct violation of the Terms.
This means you cannot trade in-game items or gold for SparkCash or SC item.
In any case, you should rather report your incident to Customer Support.
