Hey everyone,

I really need a class that lvls fast. I enjoy playing SoS but i can never get a pty so solo leveling is boring. I also need to get a good ammount of money so a self sufficient class would help.

Please leave a discription of where to train / how to solo and where / and how to make money. Thx :D

Low level area farming for pet quest items and other stuff( found in south of Candy Vault, north of Essene, west of Trisects, Urai/Belt, etc...):

Scout/Archer due to low maintenance.




You can start farming from lv 45 and above as a Scout as long as you have enough fire power to one-two-shot the monsters in the maps I mentioned.

And unless they have made changes these last few months, you can still farm for the loot from a monster despite being past the level range for x monster. (The point where they run from you)

Edit: Fruits/vegetables/dairy, leather, wood, the usual farming items for Pet Questing.

Lv 16-45:

West of Essene and keep going to Beltarannin when you are ~ lv 40 depending on gear.
(Pure AGI+enough POW to use the current shield)

I quit SOS a year ago, so this info might not be correct depending on game updates that occurred while I was gone.

Leveling

1. Fighter if you want to level fast by AOEing (Need good gear though)

2. Scout if you want to level fast by 1 vs 1 fighting. (Slower than AOE)

3. Templar for AOE leveling. Not as much def as knight, but with current def boosting items/pets, I'm sure it will

work just like knights/warriors/warlords.

4. Rogue is in between. (AOE/1 vs 1) But again, with the game flooded with Def pets, SC etc, they can AOE just fine.

5. I don't think healer is for you since you can't find party.

6. Mage is like scout but much slower. Not really recommended since it is like the underpowered (Let's be honest)

class in SOS. There is a few high level players that are quite talanted with this class, so it is NOT unplayable.

Farming:

1. Scout for leather in Cyoren or Fairy Powder. Get godly bow for efficiency

Neophyte with Sc and pet works great too.

2.Neophyte with buffed up gear/sc can collect aloes very fast in Mystra.

Squire and magician can do this too, but Neophyte always seemed faster for me

3. Squire with Reflection + Good gear for Soul Stone Fragments in Mythril Mine

Magician with Buffed up gear and SC can AOE Mythril Mine too (Faster than Squire)

**SC is a must for Magician Mine AOEing unless you have def pet/mount. Squire can easily acquire Def with +4/6

AP Trial Gear for Mine**

4. Archer (1 vs 1), Knight (AOE) or Rogue (AOE) for Spa Items in Ice maps.

5. In the past, you could collect bone sets in Lost Bry and Unknown Books in the library, but I think that business

is dead now. I wouldn't really bother if I were you.


The most profitable for me was Mythril Mine AOEing and Spa Items. But last time I was there, Spa items took a while to sell out. Soul Stone Fragments sell much faster.
