Guild Managers

You can access everything about your Guild at the Guild Manager.
Specifically, Guild Tournament's Relics of War(Beta)!

To access this, find the Guild Manager in a town (here we are using Fredrick in Elderine).

They are located here in each town:

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/ElderineGMM.jpg
http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/UrugaGMM.jpg

Using the Guild Manager

Click the Guild Manager.
(In our case: Fredrick)
http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/GuildUI.jpg

On the window, click Relics of War(Beta).

A new window opens called Relics of War(Beta). Here you have several options.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/RelicsofWarUI.jpg

First on the Relics of War window, is Register.

This allows you to Register your Guild for the War. Registration costs 1 gold. Once you register, members of your Guild cannot leave the Guild, nor be banned. You also cannot recruit or add members to the Guild.
Registration starts at 1:00 PM PST on Mondays and ends at 11:59 PM PST on Thursdays.
Matches are Saturday and Sunday nights at 8:00 and 9:00 PM PST.

Second on the Relics of War window, is View Participant.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/ViewParticipantUI.jpg

In my screenshot, there are currently no participants yet - thus no names. This normally lists each Guild, the master of the Guild- and other Guild information a potential registrant or participant may want to know, of every Guild that has entered the War.

Third on the Relics of War window, is Schedule.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/ScheduleUI.jpg

This is where you can view the total schedule for the current Relics of War. It lists Guilds in a 16-bracket system, where Guilds are "randomly" placed in beginning spots on the left column. Guilds battle the opponent whos lines meet theirs in matches - with the tinner moving onward and loser unfortunately dropping out of the Tournament. Loosing Guilds are blurred grey. Current still-playing Guilds are yellow.

This is also where you can choose to watch a Relics of War match!

Check out the following post for a more extensive explanation on how to use Observer Mode!

Lastly on the Relics of War window, is Prize.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/PrizeUI.jpg

This is where a Guilds prizes for their participation in Relics of War are placed. Guild win Exchange Tokens, money, and Rama Potions depending on their overall placement at the end of the War. First place wins the most, of course, and last place the least. These items can only be removed by the Guild Master. When doing so, there is a nice big red notice stating who did what to the War Inventory (looks like a Guild War notice actually, quite scary!). You can use the Tokens to buy special items from the Guild Item Merchant in Roumen next to the Guild Manager.

Here are the said items:

Yes, you can watch other Guilds' matches!

Observing Matches

How to Observe A Match

To observe a match, simply go to a Guild Manager and double-click them.
Select Relics of War.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/GuildUI_CLICKHERE.jpg

Select Schedule.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/RelicsofWarUI_CLICKHERE2.jpg

Where you see the desired match, click on the Guild name of one of the competitors.
(It really doesnt matter which - but whichever you choose, thats the side you "spawn" on when you first enter).

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/ScheduleUI_CLICKHERE.jpg

You will now be ported to the Tournament map, on the side that you clicked for its current Guild - you are now an Observer.

Details

As an observer, you can see everything that happens within that Guild Tournament match~ You can see both sides, battles, and some notices (flag capturing, power-ups or group debuffs, and other certain special notices). You cannot be hurt. You cannot be killed. You cannot interact with anyone else within that map. You are now 100% completely invisible to everyone within that map. They cannot see you - but you can see them (Creepy!).

Some things you can and cannot do while in the Guild Tournament map are:
You cannot form or join a party while observing.
You cannot type in shout/normal (even if you could, why would you? No one can hear you!)
You can talk in all other chats.
You can whisper other observers.
You cannot whisper participants.

Exiting Observer Mode

To quit, simply look to the left side of your interface. There should be a little button-like item that says "Quit the Guild Tournament" with an X beside it.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/QuitGT.jpg

Click the X. It now asks you if you want to leave.
If you wish to leave, hit OK.
If you wish to stay, hit Cancel.

(If you cannot find this, or cannot get out, relogging always works)

Checking Matches

To check a match schedule, simply go to a Guild Manager and double-click them.
Select Relics of War.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/GuildUI_CLICKHERE.jpg

Select Schedule.

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/RelicsofWarUI_CLICKHERE2.jpg

Here you will see a list of the current match setup. Match times are in columns. Where lines meet at the closest point is where matches will occur.

Entering a Match

To enter a match, you must be well prepared beforehand. Be in a clear location, and be ready for the prompt. When your match arrives, a prompt will suddenly appear.
"Do you want to accept Guild Tournament recall?"
If you wish to participate, hit OK.
If you wish to not participate, hit Cancel. (Also be aware hitting escape counts as "cancel")
If you wish to observe, please scroll up and check out the Observer Mode section.

Once ported, you will spawn on your Guilds side. You will be dropped from any party you were in beforehand. Both guilds have a minute or two to form parties before the blockade breaks, releasing both sides for War.

Tournament Map

The Guild Tournament map has 5 flags which either team can take over, spread out evenly on the map. Spawn points are opposite eachother, and quick-warp portals are within each spawn.

[All images for participating in matches in progress]

Flags and Guild Bonuses

There are 5 flags spread across the map: Alter, Windmill, Beacon, Tower, and Shrine. Taking over flags gains your team initial points as well as points over time, it also allows your guild to use Guild Bonuses. Guild Bonuses are available to the highest ranking person in each Guild. A red jewel icon appears on the screen, clicking it opens the interface for using the bonuses.

Field Bonus Icon:
http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/GuildFieldBonus.jpg

Capturing a Flag:
Run up to it and while nearby, double click it. You will begin working on the flag. After a few seconds the flags status will change. (If you were on a mover, you automatically dismount.)
If the flag was taken by the enemy, you must first "neutralize" the flag, then control it (click it and work on it twice).

Relics (Items)

Spread throughout the map are 15 Relics that either side can use. Relics respawn every 45 seconds, and bonus relics respawn every 20 seconds. If your guildis notably behind in points, extra relics begin spawning at your base to help!

Activating a Relic:
Simply run over them. It does not matter if you are on foot or a mover.

[i]infestation has a list of Relics, what they look like, and what they do HERE (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=284804).

Rules for Winning

During all matches to both observers and participants the score can be seen by an image like this somewhere on your interface:

http://i488.photobucket.com/albums/rr241/kaitenspb/GT%20Relics%20of%20War/RoW%20Guide/TournamentStatus.jpg

You can win in the following ways:
Default (You had no opponent for that match time)
Disqualification (Your opponent never showed up - no one joined Tournament from your opponent Guild)
Have the most points when time runs out
Capture all 5 flags and control them for 3-5 minutes uncontested

Exiting a Guild Tournament Match

During a match, if you want to leave, you would simply have to logout long enough for it to exit you. Once you enter, you cannot really leave.
Once the match is over, it will immediately ask you if you would like to leave the Tournament map, or stay for a few more minutes.
Should you choose to leave, you will port out. Should you stay, you will be able to walk around, chatter, and such, for a few more minutes, before automatically being warped out.

GM's should join the new GT maybe once a month as a special event to celebrate R.O.W the winners of the GT go guild against guild(GM). The winner if not the GM's get some special sc prize each person in that guild. Also they should change the GT map for each round the final round will be dazzling, show us why we call you our GM's xP.

can lvl 110 join Guild Tournament

Yes. I do not see why not. Any level that can be in a guild can technically join GT. I havent seen anyone not be able to due to level.

That is a Forum Event.
This guide is how to join, participate, observe, etc, of a GT. There is no path/guide to guessing the winners to win a Forum Event.

No there isn't. Perhaps you can submit a ticket to a CSR explaining your dilemma and they will take care of it for you.
