My professor told me : Translation is a re-creation, so it's an art.
Umm... Actually I'm a college student of Apply Translation Study in HK.
I just didn't want to log into the game and start playing as I still have my exams in a few days, and then I just typed "Outspark" and I found the Chinese version of the introduction for Fiesta....
I was like OMG .... this is very bad translation and as a Chinese ... well... May be guys in Mainland don't care , but I mean ... it even get the meaning in the passage wrong ....
So I was like "Oh, com-on !" and translated the intro again. I mean ... that was so bad that I just can't stand it as it's suppose to be a promotional writing...what it made me feel is ... it's a low class and "below standard stupid game" as the translations goes.
I translated my own version:
I wonder if anyone can read this , but here is the comparison....
Original version from http://corp.outspark.com/cn/games/
Fiesta
OutSpark 的第一个游戏, Fiesta邀请玩家进入虚拟世界Isya,加入其他勇敢的冒险家的行列. 在那里, 玩家可以屠杀猛兽,在行会战争中与其他人决斗, 以及在个人商店出售自己的手工艺品. 在这里, 你可以和你的朋友免费享受无限的乐趣, 或者支付一定费用,你可以在Fiesta商店为你的角色定制更多游戏.
The two below from me are the same , just the text codes are different.
Chinese Traditional :
幻光之境(This is how I view Fiesta in Chinese: The land of the fairy light)

Also , if any GM read this , please notice that the Chinese version web page you guys are building is a "Chinese Simplified" one , and the pic with the Chinese flag is actually saying "Chinese Traditional" on it , so if you read this , please correct that.
For me , my professor once told me that translation is also a kind of art, giving a good translation is how the translator respect the texts that's given to him or her...
I'm quite disappointed to the translation that guy has made ....
Small Note here: Do not think Google translate can do the job for you, the product that it created will always have wrong grammar~ No matter what language it is~
