Neutrality declared war (which of course we lost...4 members vs a guild of 50+'s, it's easy to see where the victory would lie) on Valkyrie this evening due to a single member who stepped pretty far out of bounds. Dignity apparently believes that training folks in CP is a good idea and is very funny. We have the screen shots to prove it. It saddens me to see the reputation of this guild tarnished by one person's actions. However, the fact that he was defended by the rest of the guild as well as Infinity makes me question whether he's truly tarnishing the guild's rep or if this is, indeed, what both guilds stand for.

Well sry about wat happened reesie! I dont know if im still considered a Valk/Infi member or not but i still wanna explain :) As u might have known, both Valk and infi are new guilds and they are becoming large. Many people join and leave as the same pace which there are some of them we might not even have a chance to communite. Thus, managing both guilds is a hard pressure for the leaders, especially when we consider to talk about one single person. I really cant say anything about Dignity stuff but i hope we can pm the leaders b4 declaring a war for the sake of Neutrality and Valk. :)

Maybe next time if guilds tries to war one of us, asks the guild masters before they do gws. I think for the 1v1 pvp battles, it's not out yet for english but I know there are zones for it that will be coming out soon. I'm sorry about what happened during that time. I just hope everything will be settled this time around.

Unfortunately, the person listed as master of Valk was not online at that time. Knowing that it was charlwyn2 and that he would speak with members if they step out of line, I attempted to contact him first. The guild war system being what it is, unfortunately all guilds have to deal with random wars when they happen. We did, however, make it clear to all players in Elderine, including those from Valk and Infin, exactly what the cause of this war was. As I stated previously, I do respect both of these guilds, but I also feel that they need to be notified when someone steps as far out of line as Dignity did that night. Unfortunately, sometimes the best way to stop a trainer is to war him or her. The rest of the guild was collateral damage.

Unfortunately, the person listed as master of Valk was not online at that time. Knowing that it was charlwyn2 and that he would speak with members if they step out of line, I attempted to contact him first. The guild war system being what it is, unfortunately all guilds have to deal with random wars when they happen. We did, however, make it clear to all players in Elderine, including those from Valk and Infin, exactly what the cause of this war was. As I stated previously, I do respect both of these guilds, but I also feel that they need to be notified when someone steps as far out of line as Dignity did that night. Unfortunately, sometimes the best way to stop a trainer is to war him or her. The rest of the guild was collateral damage.

When I found this out on the thread, I actually talked with Char and the guild about it and we already settled this with everyone else. I still apologize for what happened back over at the gw that has happened and hope this won't happen again. Charlwyn is usually busy and can't be contacted at times but when he's free, I'm the one who usually talks to the others about what's going on over here in the boards. Sorry about him not responding.

You declared war on them without talking to any of the administrators of either guild, then when they responded by retaliating by defending their guilds you insult the character of their guild? I sympathize with you about getting trained and I would have wished to dispose of the trainer as well. But going into a war on a whim of anger you have to be willing to suffer the repercussions of a defeat in that war. The other members of that guild had nothing to do with what had happened but yet war was declared upon them. The person in question merely told their guild were they battle was, and that person alone is guilty of "war crimes." Rather then just declaring random wars when ever your anger (which seemed to be the case because you evidently couldn't wait for Charlwyn to be on) you should make a "hit list" of names of the character and their guild and set up a friendly guild war later and get your gratification to yourself later, not without making it known to the leader of said guild as to why btw. By no means am I saying you should let the said person(s) get away with what they had done. All I'm saying is patience is a virtue.

I only commented because these people are my friends and they couldn't say the things i said (because it was about what happened) without coming off as jerks. My points are valid and should be taken and learned from. After our PM conversation I know you will just discard they things I said out of ignorance and your "I was in the right attitude." I believe there were options that you failed to see because you were angry, and because of that you got spoon feed. I do feel sympathy for the XP lose when that happened, but I disagree with your reaction to it. Patience is a virtue and I think maybe you should learn some.
