The new cleric skills Silence (lv95) and Extinguish (lv100) are a great disappointment to many lower lved clerics as the best skills and the only damage dealing AoE given to clerics is put at such a high level. My opinion would be to lower Silence and Extinguish to around lv50-60 and simply weaken the effects of the 50-60 skills. As cleric don't receive a new skill from lv47 all the way to 60, a good idea would to put the skills in between.
