Gifting Problems

Hi i'm level 82 cleric i've been trying to gift my friend and it says " Character Level To Low" can someone explain whats going on and why i keep getting this message. I read the page about gifting in the support page and i'm doing everything right. Please someone get back to me ASAP.

I would contact CSR at http://support.outspark.com/, it's possible you are among the people experiencing a problem where your characters are not synchronized properly with your spark ID/profile, I noticed your profile says you don't have any characters, so assuming this is your account for the game it's most probable this is the reason for your problem.
