job advancement, cant get the quest

i reached level 20 and when i go to eldarine to see the master she doesnt have a quest for me. just wondering if im not doing something that needs to be done to get the quest. thanks for any help.

Go to Town Chief Roumenus, Grandpa Robin, and Guard Captain Shutian one at a time.

Take every quest available (make sure there is a green "Q" over their heads).

Make sure you are fully restoned, have a stack of HP pots with you, and ask a higher level cleric for an HP/SP buff.

Once you have all this done you can talk to Grand Master Sean in Forese of Mist and he will teleport you to the shadow dungeon.

dont i have to start the advancement quest line with paladin in eldarine?

Paladin in Elderine will give you a quest for your new skill, but that is not your promotion.

No, but if you still can't get in start over. You might have done it in the wrong ordre and unlocked another quest. Make sure you check "Quest List" when you talk to them. Also make sure the "Q" over their heads is Green.

roumenus, and sean dont have a Q over their head and the over robins is green. when you say start over do you mean the character i already have or go through the quests again?

I mean the quests, but you should be able to go in the shadow dungeon now. What server are you on? what is the characters name?

ok, so now ive finished in the shadow dungeon im trying to complete the quest, but the area where i "choose my reward" is off the bottom of the screen and there is no way for me click it.

1) Hit ESC.

2) Select Graphic settings.

3) On the right you will see Effect Settings.

4) About 1/2 way down that you will see Window mode.

5) Make sure Window Mode is Greyed out then click Apply.

That should make things better on screen for you.

You need to get out of window mode, or you computer display needs to be turned up. but I am thinking you are still in window mode. that seems to be the defalt for the game.
