Black in BackGround in-game

I currently have been having problems when i log into the game....
Everything is running fine and then after the character screen i get into the game and then i see all the characters i can even talk to some of the other NPCs and i can chat but my background is all black and when people move it has all the names move crazy-like and it knida flashes...is there a way to fix it?

I had that problem today, I just exited the game completely and in the next run all was fine.

well i actually tried that...didnt work again did the same thing and did it a bunch of times...other than that i reinstalled the game and it still did the same thing...

actually i posted this once but never got reply for me all is working fine no lag or anything just that background is black i wish to know solution to it i got latest drivers and stuff so i dunno what to do :(
