Members get promoted based on your performance on many levels, loyalty is a big part of this guild.

i was the master of sick which is ragnarok now. before i quit i made a deal that was fair for all guilds and alliances where one day one group raids other day another does. someone went and broke the deal and since blacklisting is against tos i cant say who. everything was "nice" for the people getting drops and raiding without any competition while the others didnt get anything. the only difference now is another group is getting drops. its similar drop system. i take attendance every raid and i distribute more then fairly. if you want proof ask utopia,

Oh hey, chill down people, I did not say that to start some drama here, okay? I'm not very fond of the order being chaos right now even though I am nowhere near these things. But I am proud of my server and I love this server, so I believe I am allowed to worry about this chaos.

Whoever broke the agreement, it's broken now, this cannot be changed, but the current situation can. Instead of pointing at each other, why can't we agree on something again and bring back the unique order this server had, and the others lacked since a long time. This was something to be proud of.

I am no one to tell anyone what to do and how, but as a fellow Legel player, I beg you, everyone; let's restore the peace and order we had not so long ago. Let's keep this server unique in this sense. It worked before and still can.

Thanks for reading and please do not turn this guild thread into a flamewar, okay? I really did not mention that for such reasons.
