I dunno if your problem is the same as mine but i had the launcher start look for updates and then say cleaning up at button and a constant white scree, i could type my email and pass but not hit login. Then i tried to uninstall and it told me i was missing something. It was my Application Data for All Users, its a hidden folder , go to documents and settings, All Users, Application Data, look for the folder outspark if its not there thats your problem. I took the Application Data from my brothers computer and it worked fine dunno why it didn't install with the game, i tried re-installing a few times. But this worked for me i can't be sure it will for you
