Since I was too hasty thinking I remembered where to go and all. I forgot what quest I was supposed to do at lvl 11 and finally got tired of searching.

What quest were you mandatory to do when you reached lvl 11? After I reached it it said I wouldn't be able to get more exp (though I didn't try) after I do some quest.

o_O I did that already, way before hitting lvl 11, you mean I'm actually free now? I'll play later to try, but right now I have no time to do so :(

Level 11 was talking to the guard outside of town (on the map where the first monsters appear) and delivering the item to the hoten I think.

There's an item in the item store that costs 500 Kron, if you use it you see what quests you can currently do, but you can only use it once.
