Reporting stolen pet

Yes, I am looking for GMs that can help me regain my friends Dino back. His name is Tassleoff/Caramon. Tassle let <Removed> borrow the dino, when<Removed> trusted someone else to borrow the Dino it was taken by<Removed>. He won't give the Dino back I was wondering if any GMs can help retrieve the pet? We have many people saying that he brags about having stole the pet....

First off Blacklisting is not allowed. 2nd, I'm afraid you are out of luck in getting said mount back, once it's in someone else's hands, even if it was just borrowing you technically did still give it away. When you lend items of value out to people, even if you trust them, you still face the possibility of not getting the item back and you are on your own. To quote Outspark's Official stance in the matter...


* Trading Scams: If a player asks to borrow your item for any reason and then does not return it, you are on your own. Outspark will not get involved. NEVER trade an item that you are not prepared to lose and NEVER trade an item with someone that you do not know or trust.

Since your friend chose to trade over their item, there is nothing that Outspark can do about this matter.

Any item a player obtains in-game is their responsibility to be kept safe.

Yeah, I get it all I want to add is that this community lacks many things and that's handling problems. At this point there is not much I can do due to rules. I accept that, but still I'm going to go ahead and tell you this rules are really dumb. Any reasonable person would atleast ask for prove of some sort, but not even wanting to handle the situation. One word "WOW".

You must be aware of how often item theft/scams happen not just Solstice, but Fiesta, and possibly other outspark games. They have tried handling it in different ways, however in the end this is the best way to deal with the problem which makes sense. In truth there is no such thing as borrowing in game unless there was a built in way to regain what you lend out with out contacting csr. The act of "borrowing and/or lending" items out is at your own discretion.
