Hp/Sp stone problems

My friend can't use her stones, can anyone help please!?:confused:

Press Q for Hp stones, E for sp stones.

Are you using the proper hot keys? Try pressing 'Q' and 'E' on the keyboard.

yea, she's hitting them but they wont work for her, sh'es tried logging out but it doesn't work.

Press escape and go onto shortcut settings then look to see what the shortcut for the Stones are. Your friend might have changed them.
