I know a lot of you can't play SoS..I can't either. So I was wondering..
Is this what everyone is getting also known as the "401 error"?

I think the 401 Error some people are getting is that the user name and pass combo ins incorrect. That's what I was getting when mine couldn't work, even when everyone else could log on. So what I did was register a brand new email account for SoS from the page and tried logging onto it with that account, and for whatever reason that one worked, so I guess you could try that.

I'm no expert but looking at the screenshot, it's probably because fiesta is being blocked by Norton, or your interent is down for a bit or something.
Something similar happened to me, but it was just my internet going down for a bit.

Mine asked me if I would allow it and I did. But Im gonna turn off Norton and see what happens.

occasionally the launch window will change the loggin from SOS to Fiesta, just make sure the window is mentioning sos and not fiesta... happened to me a lot in CB
