FlameGirl here...

We wish to open our arms to anyone interested in our guild with a little guild info:

Guild News: A new month brings new possibilities, we are now setting new goals for our guild
- Lvl 60+ guild by the end of the month
- Allnighte has been appointed to guard for setting up our own ventrilo server
- Our inactive members have been removed from the guild.


Requirements:
- Fighters: lvl 60+ (as we do not need fighters you must know someone in the guild in order to be recruited)
- Archers: lvl 60+ (as we do not need archers you must know someone in the guild in order to be recruited)
- Clerics: lvl 60+ (as we do not need clerics you must know someone in the guild in order to be recruited)
- Mages: lvl 50+ (the higher your lvl the better, but just because we need mages doesnt mean you will get automatic entry, all mages will still be 'hand picked')
- Must be hand picked

A bit about the guild:

Gees, get me and 1 other guildie online and you wont be able to keep track of the conversation, me and 2 other guildies and I cant even keep track. But we do have Ventrilo now too, Allnighte <3 was kind enough to set it up for us.

As far as time zones go... We got 5 europeans who grind to all buggery, i think they should learn to sleep every once in a while -_- and to think i was once CAsCA's lvl :( so you dont have to look far to find a grinding buddy, hell... I'll grind with you to catch up to CAsCA >=3 We have 7 Americans, 2 Canadians (one living in america), 2 Aussies, and 2 Asians. So if someone isnt online when you are... i'll be confused. (dont quote me on the places and number of people, I guessed)

That sort of covers the grinding side aswell... But if we find someone isnt lvling as quickly as we'd like, we dont tell them we're not happy, we just organise a grinding session... with some gentle subliminal messages: "lvl you lazy guildie" :p

We guild leaders like the idea of 'hand picking' our guildies. Cause we like to know that we can be friends with everyone. A problem we found with other guilds was leaders didnt respect their guildies, but demanded the respect back. We respect all our guildies, and they'll tell you this too, we're more like friends than leader/guildies. Most of our members were friends with 1 or members of the guild already.

We do war on occasion when we have enough guildies online and when the guild votes they're bored of grinding and want to beat up on someone else

This guild is like a 'family' (as every other guild calls themself :p) to me. We dont have special rules... we dont need rules, hand picking people filters out anyone who is noob, unfriendly, and unwilling to help others. But we have come up with 1 thing the guild and its members can use as a guide line for all their actions:
Respect
- Respect for the Guild
- Respect for the Masters
- Respect for the Members
- Respect for anyone who plays Fiesta
- One member represents the entire guild, it is a responsibility not given easily.

During the picking process (which we've actually changed) it's about a 30-60 minute questionaire, but if you have one of our members refer you to me the process is much quicker, if you can put up with Allnighte and his comments that grants for instant entry into the guild. ;)

If you are wondering about our expulsion policies (added in for a few reasons):
- You will be removed from the guild if you have not logged on in 2 weeks, this should allow enough time for the member to contact me to explain their absense, all explained absenses will result in the member not having to face expulsion from the guild.
- You will be removed from the guild if you act in a way that could alter our reputation for being a respectful guild.
- You will be removed if other members deem you as disrespectful.

Hello all fajii guildies *SHOCK HORROR HE IS ACTUALLY POSTING ON A THREAD* I was thinking of a new guild event, including me, my axe and a pvp XD.

thinking of have guild vs me war, u guys choose teams of 5 to vs me (we might need to trial run this because i have a strange feeling i might get whooped) team that kills me the fastest will win a prize. all fajii thoughts on the event and how to refine or improve the concept will be appreciated ^^

Flamegirl... I just want to give you a small heads up. GrimReapers has been harassing guilds in Elderine including my lower lvl members. I know how reputable your guild is across the server. TRANSFORMERS is also doing the same to like 3-4 diff guilds. I am unable to pm Dakkon or SnakeEyes so the next best thing is to go the the strongest guild on server. Can you please help me with keeping these 2 guilds in check?

...anywhoo kinda on a lvl break since I was 27 two weekends ago (mostly due to peer level grinds and nonstop watch-tv-and-solo grinds ^.^ (currently 47 and went on a buffing spree the past week while making more new friends x] ))

but hopefully when I get back on the grind wagon and hit the big five-o Fajii's req. wont be 60... unless it already is T_T D:
