Help with stats

I'm stuck between 2 builds.

1: 25 spr, 25-50 dex, rest str

2:25 spr, rest str

As you can tell, i'm going to be a damage cleric. Which would be better for pvp/pve, Which would be cheaper, and which is more practical?

What type of gear do you intend to use.

END/DEX/STR gear have DEX in your build

END/ Not DEX stat full STR or STR/25SPR

I really don't have any idea. I just want to know if it would be smart to have some dex o.o

Yes Dex does do wonders. I have equal amounts of End and Dex in my build, I see Miss vastly more than I see Block. And I think if there came I time I miss it would be trying to kill something in Thorn Cave perhaps, but I don't know what the evasion on those is like.
