Please Take the Time to read this, i really need help!
Ok first of all, I'm a lvl 15 and I know that isn high.
I was just looking at the gear for lvl 20-25 and I was shocked at the price.
Usually when I have like a silver I use it to buy my skills and/or armor for my lvl.
So that takes me down to very little/
The two skills I have are:
Potion making
Scroll making
I heard from friend that scroll making makes the most money but I am having trouble getting the sbl and I ave no money to buy it(not many mobs drops it)
I also have an alt with almost 70 stone production
DOes anyone have any suggestions for the best way to make alot of money?

i made money by learning stone production and creating elrues.
Dusts are more easier to collect than sbl's
potion making might be good also.. i usually sell them for 45c or 50c ea.
quests also help in gaining money and so as kingdom quests

a good why to get the items you need for production is to use a diff charater lower levels get more drops have that charater collect the items you need then put then in the storage then go back to your main and take the items its a bit of work but it pays off i got up to over 300 in potion making and over 200 in scroll making in only a day or two after that just sell as much as you want

just sell all your monster drops and skill train when you are higher lvl.
only make scrolls and pots for self use at this point. the time you spend
vending, you could have made alot of money from monster drops already.

Maybe a good idea for getting your personal soloing gear (armor and weaps) straightened out. But in the long haul ( I am assuming that we are talking about getting the skill level up to be able to make money [as the thread title implies]) the truth is that you really NEED to start skill training early on, because if you sell your materials early on, even at a decent price, later when you wanna buy more materials for skill training, you lose money paying a higher rate.
My suggestion is that for your first character, get stone making skill. Level up for a while, do all the quests you can, including KQ's, and SAVE EVERYTHING that drops, even pick up random drops that are left behind by powerlevelers. By level 7 or so, you should have enough money from quests and selling extra (quest item)s to the NPC to buy your battle skills and the elrue recipe.
Make as much elrue as you can with what you have, and leave shop open overnight, or whenever you will be AFK for an extended period, to sell what you made (at a fair price of course- too high, and there will be few buyers, too low and you will make no money).
Repeat the process daily, until you can upgrade your skills, and move on to the next stone level. Raise prices appropriately, and you will find no shortage of buyers.
MOST IMPORTANT is to set a fair price, don't hastily give in to pressure to sell lower, the buyers will come. And if they don't- then your price was too high too start with. Notice that I have not given any prices as a # value, a fair price is fair to both you and the buyer, but if you aren't getting any buyers, that is not fair to you (and everyone has a different threshold for what is a fair amount of time to wait for buyers). I do however suggest that you take notice of market fluctuations based on the time of day and day of the week - more people online on weekends, etc. As such your prices may need to change accordingly.
