How do i check to see if my computer have the requirement to play this game. All I know that I have Hp Pavilion a410n

Go to Start > Run and type in 'dxdiag'.
It may ask you to check the system, just click ok. It may take a little bit.
When it's done, look for the following things on the main tab:
Processor: (It should at least say 1GHz somewhere there)
Memory: (This should be at least 500MB)
Then go to the Tab called Display.
Aprox Total Memory: (This should say at least 128MB, you may be able to run it with 64MB, but low chance)
Oh and also 1.8GB free space, but most people have that nowadays.
If you got those things or better, then you can play (once the game is up again and if you're invited to closed beta, or if you wait till open beta)

thx u and one last question, what does the 128 and 64 MB does will it make the games lag

It may give you a very low framerate. But only way to find out is to try it.
