i this problem with loggin into the game first i get an upside down ?i._ then i click ok then i get an upside down ?i._2 and am like god what is this. the error message is this:

this has been hapining on my sisterscomputer and my dad has the smae computer from the same company and it works on his but not on my sisters please tell me what i can do? by the way my parents are divorced so i cant just use my dads computer because i live with my mom.
